What was Kim doing by checking all the businesses in the yellow pages?

Also, what was up with the police doing a search of Hector's ice cream place towards the start of tonight's episode?

I know his daughter-in-law eventually called and invited him over, but who/what was he watching before then.

1. She was acting like she was with Chuck's office because they knew he needed to get the door repaired so they could takeover the legit appointment and replace them with Mike.

2. I don't know

3. He was watching Hector's operation to gather intel... looks like now will be when he became part of Gus's operation.

After stopping the truck at the border and the sniffer dog sensing drugs, the DEA tracked it back to the ice cream place.

That's why I love this show. They don't explain things. It'd be easier to follow if you were binge watching, though!
