Cage turned this down?
I just don't get this guy? He'll make a ridiculous movie with unknown actors every other week but turns this down.

He probably doesnt even read scripts though.
shareCage acts for fun these days. Every now and then he will venture into something dark and engulf himself (bad lt., joe,adaptation, lord if war etc..) but he mainly does movies that are probably fun to make. He gets to pretend to be these insane over the top characters or warriors, wizards, hitman you name it.
Can't blame the guy.
He's actually decent when he wants to be.

Fap, I thought the exact same thing. What is up with my boy Nic Cage these days? Anyone really know the reason he usually does horrible movies these days and passes on something TLJ and Costner are attached to? I guess I miss the old Cage and I know if I were him, I would want to make only good movies. We do not see Tom Cruise out there pretending to be stupid characters, such as wizards and making movies that are sure to be failures. I just do not get Cage anymore and it actually pisses me off, when it should have no effect on me whatsoever. Maybe I just hate to see good talent go to wasteville!

I'm so very glad KC is in the movie playing an hardass criminal in this movie.
Plus the film reunites JFK legends KC, Gary Oldman and Tommy Lee Jones.
