Pushed back to January 22, 2016

I'm disappointed as that release date normally indicates a bad movie. Mortdecai came out on the same weekend this year and that is one of the worst movies I've ever seen.

As much as I like the cast, nothing about this movie indicates it's gonna be good. Luckily, Ryan Reynolds will probably have a small role/cameo, so haters won't be able to blame it on him.

Ive been waiting for this movie to come out for....8 months? Looks like April of next year! The looks excellent but if it is being pushed back maybe it's not a blockbuster. Shame because I adore The Cost!

reply

It's such a shame that the film's been moved back once again.

I've been looking forward to this since it was first announced that Kevin was gonna play the lead.

Give us at least a couple of promo pics to kill the wait !

reply

Exactly!! I am not seeing any new movies scheduled for him either.
I just saw Mission Impossible and was thinking about 3 days to kill... might have to watch that again soon while I wait for Criminal!

reply

I really like 3 Days to Kill - I always watch the Extended Cut which has longer scenes and characters a bit more fleshed out.

reply

hmmmm not sure I have seen the extended cut. I own the dvd but I think Ive only watched 3 days in theaters and on netflix, so I may have to look at the dvd closely!
Im glad to meet another Cost fan! :)

reply

Glad to meet you, too :) !

I actually am the founder of Kevin's Italian Fan Club - you can check us out on facebook and instagram :) !

Look for "Kevin Costner Italian Fan Club" ;)

Just liked your group!! :)

reply

Happy to have you on board ! :)

Pushing it back to a pre-summer blockbuster in April doesn't bode well either. Hope I'm wrong cuz the actors are some of the best "old school" guys left. Seems like it's being used to fill an open slot. Hope not.

reply

I hope it doesn't mean the studio doesn't have faith in the movie.

The film itself is being mixed right now, thoguh.
