Now that Ryan Reynolds has been forgiven by movie audiences, will they..

go see this since it's coming out only two months after Deadpool? As some kind of sleeper hit perhaps?

What's missing in movies is same as in society: a good sense of work ethic and living up to ideals.

Don't think it's going to be much of a Reynolds movie. More of a Costner movie.

Costner is a bad actor. Not Keanu Reeves bad, but pretty bad.
Think of it as going to a Gary Oldman movie.

I don't think Ryan Reynolds is the main draw for this movie. It's a Kevin Costner film, but there is a star studded supporting cast. You have Gary Oldman, Tommy Lee Jones, and the big one...Gal Gadot, the new Wonder Woman.

Gadot is going to be makeing her debut as WW in March - just a couple of weeks earlier than when this comes out. How well Batman vs. Superman and Gadot performs should help attract the audience for this one.

I'm assuming that they think that since damn near everyone casted has a strong following, that should be enough to put butts in those seats. But if this movie doesn't have good reviews or word of mouth, it will most likely not perform well.

I'll admit that the only reason I'm interested in seeing this, is because I am a huge fan of Michael Pitt. JFK is also one of my all time favorite films. So it's going to be nice to see Costner, Oldman, and Jones together again.

Reynolds' presence here seems very minimal, so the success or failure won't have anything to do with him. This is primarily a Costner film, so his presence will be the biggest deciding factor. He certainly has an awesome supporting cast around him, but not sure the film has a ton of pre-release buzz or the proper marketing push to really succeed.

Box Office is projecting an $11M opening and a total domestic gross of $33M, but we'll see what happens with it.
