I know his screen time is very limited, but he usually does a good job with even in the tiniest of roles.

Not in this one, I think. He plays a Dutch, fakes a strong Dutch accent, he's brunet, wears black and a beanie, and plays an anxious/freaked out hacker. I hardly recognized him to be honest. I know Michael Pitt is more talented than this role requires of him, but like any other actor taking *beep* roles, he must earn money somehow.
