Her character (Elsa) was exactly the same in this movie as when she played Faora-Ul in Man of Steel (sans the super powers). Angry, aggressive, and subordinate to a maniacal male. I find her to be a beautiful woman. Too bad I can't get a smile out of her on the screen.
shareI agree 100%, have always liked her. I don't think I've seen any of her German films but she does seem to be typecast over here. Even with the typecasting she steals the screen every time she's on it. I'm thinking based on her character the only time she may have smiled was when she said "*beep* you" right before Costner buried the lamp in her head :).
