You bring Jericho to England under heavy guard but when you are going to off the guy they use only two guys and both sit in the front seat. Clearly England has no police force seeing how Jericho is walking around as he pleases. Yea front cuffing someone is the way to go. The bad guy seems to know everything ans can tap into everything but can't find some dumb hacker running around London trying to sell what he has and the CIA won't kill an easily found genocidal maniac. Convenient stupid plot devices are are exactly that and this is why the film went hardly noticed at the box office.
