Not available on Netflix, YouTube, Amazon (VOD or otherwise) or cable VOD. Have I forgotten anyone? Thanks in advance!

Legal ways will make your life complicated - who knows when some cable TV or online operator will decide to run it on random ... if you ever do see it happen at all.

Download is, among plethora of other positive things, on demand.
