How exactly does lucifer plan on ruling?

When you think about it it doesn't make sense. With the other angel most likely back in hell as well the other fallen angels have to have been made aware that he has no intention of honoring the rising of the angels but wants to become a new god.

As he told him before

"you may be more powerful than any of us but not all of us"

Exactly what I was thinking. I don't think the sentinel will be to happy to see him after little John had him killed! Also I'm sure the sentinel told his other "brothers" in hell what the devils plan was so can't think anyone done there will be happy with the devil. Not sure what he was planning to do as if he releases hell on earth I would think his "brothers" would kill him.
