It’s a new episode of What’s New to Netflix Instant!? and on this show we uncover the truth about our reality, life on other planets, and the importance of describing yourself via acronym á la Nicolas Cage style.
First up, we unplug our unconscious mind and explore The Animatrix from 2003. This anthology comprises animated shorts that take place in The Matrix universe. Then we head to a cabin in the woods and get an anal probe from a very nasty alien in Extraterrestrial from 2014 (directed by The Vicious Brothers) and then finally we finish up with one last heist as we join David Caruso and Nicolas Cage, at his Cagiest, with Kiss of Death from 1995 (directed by Barbet Schroeder).
All of this plus forgettable Leonardo DiCaprio films, Shaquille O’Neal thinks he knows what comedy is, and Netflix’s constant stream of original series and why nobody cares. Also, the steady downfall of Weeds and….the comeback of the Backstreet Boys? It’s a good one!
