This question has been bugging me. How did he pay for the taxi he took after left the hospital? is it explained or did i miss something?

shareyou missed it because he paid for the taxi, during the ride, before he got out of it but they DIDN'T SHOW THE ENTIRE TAXI RIDE BECAUSE ITS A FRICKIN MOVIE AND FRICKIN MOVIES DON'T HAVE TO SHOW EVERY BLAMED MINUTE OF EVERYTHING AND GIVE OUT SUCH UNIMPORTANT DETAILS BECAUSE ITS JUST A FRICKIN MOVIE AND IF IT DID IT WOULD BE 4000 HOURS LONG!

shareYou have to watch the Special Extended Version: he doesn't think about it till he gets to his destination, so he tells the cab driver he's a musician, and will sing for his fare instead. He does a special beatbox/acapella rendition of "God Bless the Child," and amazes the driver. Makes his day, he drives off happy. Great scene; you should check it out. Spend All Day looking for it, if you have time. . .it's worth it.
