Oscar Isaac

When I started watching this movie, I had no idea who the lead actor was. He looked like a very cool Hispanic guy (and he was born in Guatemala, so that's what he is). But something about him kept bugging me... OH SNAP IT'S LLEWYN DAVIS! I hated that movie, too, and especially hated Oscar's character in that movie, so then all the negative feelings about Llewyn Davis came back and from that point forward, Oscar was just an actor standing in front of a camera, which is too bad because in another sense I thought he was doing a really good job. I just couldn't suspend disbelief and get back into the picture.

Overall, the picture was slow and boring anyway.

He has a way of changing his look entirely and becoming the character. He also looked a lot different in "Drive" and "Ex Machina." His hair must grow back really fast when he cuts it. He's one of my favorite actors even though I think he was basically doing Al Pacino in this movie. He looked like a Hispanic trying to act Italian but he still did a good job. I loved his singing in "Inside Llewyn Davis." That's still his best role to date.

I thought he looked Italian or Armenian in this.

I watched both films on the same and had no problem believing the separate characters.
They were so disparate. I think he is a wonderful and handsome too.

I didn't like him before, but with Ex-Machina and this movie I see him quite handsome and a good actor.

I love Oscar Isaac. And I love this film. He was equally great in "Ex Machina" and "Two Faces of January." Not that I'm suggesting that you see those films, because you wouldn't appreciate them either. I will agree with you though, about :Llewyn Davis.." I hated it as well; but that's no fault of Oscar Isaac.
