Better titles for "A Most Violent Year"

The film was very sharp, great acting, but the title steers the audience in the wrong direction.

So let's come up with some better titles:

That's the point of the title though, it's ironic, just like this film twists are expectations of what we expect from a typical crime film.

The lead character isn't violent and is placed in a very violent situation, that's the main core of what I liked about the movie.

Thank you! I can't believe how many people didn't get the title and thought it was "misleading". A movie title is not the tag on a can of beans. The point is not to tell you what's inside.

I guess irony is not something most movie-goers get anymore. Not on the nose enough. You have to get the second degree.
