just saw the teddy harmon dreamcatcher episode and being a new Yorker and living in ny in 1989 I wanted to look this up...

guess what...

my internet search led to...

'who?'

okay so there WAS a Theodore harmon who was arrested for attempting to entice a minor in ohio.

and there was also a website dedicated to the fabrication of this episode segment...

but that is about it.

bummer.

Reading the paper can really be depressing. Mr. Dithers fired Dagwood again.

Just a note--the show does now begin with a disclaimer that names have been changed and there is no intentional resemblance to anyone, living or dead, as well as a statement that the stories are "inspired" by real-life stories of the paranormal.

In other words, it's fiction.

lmao, I too searched like crazy to find anything about this teddy harmon serial killer and found nothing at all, and the trademark of having a dreamcatcher made from the victims should at least been on internet, even if the name of teddy harmon was fabricated,so boogus,sadly i lost all interest in this show now.

That said, while the narrator of "Murder Castle" is almost certainly fictional, H.H. Holmes was quite real.

I don't know why they changed the name of the serial killer. that is fvked up.
