What was with the Moobius journal in Brooke's box?

Help me out here. Tracy sees this journal that belongs to an esteemed college club and Brooke owns it. How did she get it?

Was it implied Brooke DID go to college but dropped out like she did with everything she does? .... That's what I took from it. But it could have also been a stolen journal. Thoughts?

It's just their printed journal. Anybody could buy one of those. It showed that Brooke thought about Tracy after the fight, that she cared, maybe more so about her own image.

It was Brooke acknowledging Tracy's work and demonstrating that she was flattered to have inspired her.
