100? accurate with the Jewish private school depiction
I have known countless people who can't afford a private Jewish academy for their kids and being turned down for funding by the school because of lack of donations grants, etc.
I'm imagining this happens with Catholic schools as well. But this film sure made it look like the writer (or someone they knew) had such an experience.
It really did not shine a good light on religious education as a choice.
That it happens at all, is quite sad.
Money being more important than education...
