Kickstarter
Good to see he's got funding. This is great for independent film.

I'm just excited to get a signed poster. I think more small films may start doing this just by giving out signed DVDs, thirsts and posters to help get the money raised. Now just have to sit back and wait a year and all I can think is "hurry up, I want to see it ASAP"....lol.
shareThis is what he did with his Kickstarter money? Glad I didn't contribute.
shareIf you don't like his films why would you contribute anyway? Looks like he made his money from everyone who did.
shareThe only reason he did it this way is so he could have full creative control and not have to pay back investors.
The film ended up having a $6 mil budget and made $5 mil at the box office. He knew this wouldn't do well that's why he wanted someone else to foot the bill.

Yeah, I agree.
shareIt's hilarious how idiot's give this guy money after he makes a video begging for money with Donald Faison and Jim Parsons in it. All 3 of them are multimillionaires and they can't risk a small percentage of their money? (which they'll probs get back)
It's hilarious to see that this film would have been made the same without kickstarter, all the ppl who gave money did it for nothing
yeah, and now that i've watched it, i'm thinking the supporters should be entitled to a refund.

act like a bitch, get slapped like a bitch.
I think kickstarter is nonsense. They always have more money than I do. You want me to support your film? I will. By spending 7 to 10 bucks to go see it, and thats it! Greeeedy!?!
