Mysterious Hooded Figure on the Chair?

When we first see that red chair in the middle of the room, I thought they'd found Satan. It wasn't much of a throne but that's what I thought, lol

Who was the hooded figure who was sitting on it? Does anyone have a screen cape of him and his face?

Didn't we see more hooded figures as the ending progressed? I figured they were just demons of some sort.

At first I thought it was Death, but then I saw there were multiple ones walking around so it could be demon cults or something.

"Yeah, well, you know, that's just, like, your opinion, man."

I felt like they were the "below" version of the cult the group encountered when they first entered the catacombs. Don't think there's any screencaps of the monks online but it looked like they had doll faces.

I don't know but that scared the *beep* out of me

I think it was just a variety of demon, the movie did a point of not elaborating on too much, and that was just another part of it.

I was of the same thought process. I literally thought, "Satan's throne is a kitchen chair?". This movie didn't do a good job of tying up loose ends. I feel like the hooded figures were a place holder of sorts while the movie searched for a way to end itself.

The awkward, the awkward-er, the awkwardest.

I don't mean to self promote, promise, I just posted a picture of the hooded figure on my twitter like 2 minutes ago loll. Just a picture I took from one of the commercials.

It was Lord Voldemort, desperately trying to get his paws on the Philosopher's Stone again. And then, we got to see the other Death Eaters in their hoods and black cloaks.

This was the best response ever. I haven't laughed so hard in ages.

*smacks head* It was so obvious! I feel like an idiot.
