36 hours to get holed up in Dominican Republic ?

So Deckard Shaw finds out about the team who helped Hobbs capture/maim his brother from Hobbs' computer.

Immediately afterwards, there is a huge fight which ends up in massive bomb damage to the building.

After this, Deckard seemingly flies to Tokyo, tracks down Han and kills him. Meanwhile he simultaneously sends a parcel bomb to Dom which destroys the home.

After this, Dom arranges for Mia and her child to hide out in a secure location in the Dominican Republic.

Having arrived in the DR, Brian watches a news clip which says that the attack on Hobbs building took place "less than 36 hours ago".

Possible???

I think the bigger question was how was Shaw able to get to Tokyo so fast to kill Han...that flight would've taken up quite a bit of time...even though he was flying from LAX...it's also amazing how he was just involved very closely to an explosion yet was still able to fly so soon...his ears alone would've been too damaged to handle the explosion and then the air pressure of being in a plane...

The bomb is of no importance...I'm sure a guy like Shaw has friends in low places who could've dressed the package up and sent the bomb. It's remote actived....so he could've blown it at any time...

And it seems they were just arriving in the DR...maybe hadn't been there no more than an hour or 2...

Your questioning a timeline in movies? Why don't you go to the Grease board then. They managed to somehow fit an entire school year into 120 minutes.

It's a movie, they have a time limit to stick to.

Considering how fast Shaw drives cars, he probably also has a plane that has a super speed to get him to Tokyo in record time
