The Martha Wayne Joker has a brief appearance in a flashback. Unless I missed him, the traditional Joker is not in this, and I guess never became Joker in the altered timeline.
The Martha Wayne Joker has a bigger role in a Thomas Wayne Batman spinoff issue that came out maybe when FLASHPOINT did. Been a while since I read it, though. It involves Thomas Wayne saving Harvey Dent's kids and confronting Martha about how they can make it so Bruce survives and not them.

The Joker in the Flashpoint comics was Martha Wayne and Batman was Thomas. I would love to see them in the movie.
