Do you think Billy Bob would have killed Lester after he killed the 3 people on the elevator? He seemed pretty chill about it. If Lester had helped him with the bodies, instead of bashing him over the head, I think he would have been fine.
shareWho knows what Malvo would ever do? I don't think he would care about Lester. He has the incriminating tapes about Lester killing his wife. He has some weird bond with Lester - He blew a year of being a dentist and a large contract fee just to prove something or not back down to Lester. He probably likes the idea of Lester running around causing endless mayhem.
shareI was under the impression that Malvo would have killed him. Lester destroying six months of Malvo's works for a vain purpose and despite several warnings by Malvo would have destroyed any bond between them.
But, as Pappaus said, who really knows what Malvo would have done.
