season 2 was really bad

caught season 2 on a fx binge one day and it engrossed me instantly and got me into the fargo series.

I then went out and bought season 1 & 2 and find both to be perfect in their own rights.

I can't see how someone could enjoy the first season and say the 2nd one is 'really bad'...it's got the SAME feel of the first season with great characters.

I think some people like to fanboy..(yup, even over which season is 'the best' now)

Both seasons were good.

Maybe the pickup was a little slow in season 2 but still good.

You're just so so wrong. I just can't see how anyone, especially someone who enjoyed season 1 couldn't like season 2. It's great from the start, it's just improves on everything season 1 did.

I thought season two was fantastic, and the ensemble as a whole was better than season one.

Agreed but season 2 was still great. Still Malvo puts S1 above for me.

I agree, season one was fantastic. Season two was just okay.

Season 2 also proved their was a reason why kirsten dunst should stay off our screens :( she has always been tv show quality actor and really in this tv show she didn't have much to do cause I really I guess poor writing..

Season 2 is just horrible.. stupid indian do not = the writing talents of season 1 or acting talents of Billy Bob and Martin Freeman. I think a lot of the actors were good in this or could deliver good performances.. but it's the sh@# story for why their underused.. and I'm not even countin' the alien stuff.. that wasn't that big a deal. There's no substance in season 2, it's boring drab and a dissapointment.. [frown]

Good god if season 2 had been the first season of fargo.. the show would have been cancelled and never seen again...
