I'm super pumped on that. Been a fan of hers for a while, loved 10 Cloverfield Lane and her most recent amazing run on BrainDead.
Love this cast so far. MEW, Ewan and Coon. Noah Hawley keeps outdoing himself.

They really need to stop casting so many brunettes. The show is called Fargo. Not New Jersey.
I'm brunette, but their sloppy casting completely ruins the Minnesota/North Dakota atmosphere.
Sure, young Lou Solverson (Patrick Wilson), Molly Solverson (Allison Tolman), Betsy Solverson (Cristin Milioto), Gus Grimly (Colin Hanks), Dodd Gearhardt (Jeffrey Donovan), and Bear Gearhardt all had hair that was very dark. I'm guessing Mary Elizabeth Winstead will keep her hair dark for this.
However, they do cast people with ligter hair, too.
Peggy Bloomquist (Kirsten Dunst), Ed Bloomquist (Jesse Plemmons), Floyd Gearhardt (Jean Smart), Kitty Nygaard, Mrs Hess all had blonde/blond hair. Pearl Nygaard, Simone Gearhardt, and Noreen weren't quite blonde, but had blonde-ish to light-brown hair.
Martin Freeman, Billy Bob Thornton, and Bob Odenkirk have salt-and-pepper hair these days, but they each had light brown hair when they were younger.
I'm not sure what color Carrie Coon's hair will be in this, since I've seen her hair range from Blonde to dark. Same with Ewan MacGregor; I think MacGregor's normal hair color when he was younger was dirty blond/reddish, but it ranges from light brown to dark brown these days.
Patrick Wilson was cast well. He has dirty blonde hair.
I was fine with Colin Hanks and Molly because they are fair with blue eyes. Same with the police chief from season 1 and his wife.
But Betsy and half of the German Geirhardt family last season looked Italian. That's just bad casting. I've been to Minnesota and most people are northern european looking.
Billy Bob Thornton and the Supermarket King (who was Greek) from season 1 were perfectly cast because their dark hair and eyes made them look like they were from out of town. Which they were.
Maybe Betsy's mother was of Italian descent. Hank was in WWII, so he must have been around a bit, and didn't necessarily spend his younger years (his 20s) in Minnesota.
Well, Billy Bob Thornton and Mary Elizabeth Winstead are WASPs. Surely they have those in Minnesota?
