why did the cats attack anubis ?
Why did the cats attack Anubis and let the girl getaway ?
shareit wasn't explained in the notebook, or at all i don't think...but when they passed through the skull wall into the burial chamber where Anubis "lived" the first thing they saw was dead cats all over the ground. So Anubis had been killing the cats and they were enemies i guess.
shareMe and my sister came up with our theory after putting the movie together. The cats protected her because she was probably the pure soul and if Anubis ate her heart he would be sent free like she said when reading that journal/ heiroglyphs. The cats We feel like were their to keep Anubis trapped from escaping so they attacked him to let her get away which clearly didn't stop him from getting to her. They were like the guardians of the Pyramid and Anubis has been waiting to get a pure soul to get free.
shareIf we were talking about pure of heart, wouldn't the child at the end serve the purpose then of Anubis finally being able to go the heavens.

The way I see it the child wasn't stealing at all, he was too innocent and young to know what was happening thus before helping the girl out, he went to the camera unintentionally. Anyways yeah the movie had potential but really didn't deliver at the end.
shareThe child was definitely stealing the camera. I think even a 5 year old would be able to tell she was in distress. The kid looked about 10.
shareThe child was shown earlier in the movie, i think sitting near the fire?
shareVery Good Movie And Yes I Agree With You And Your Sister's Theory On The Cats ....
shareIt was basically a stupid plot device, the film was full of them.
What should of happened was when he had her tied up he just plucked out her heart like everyone else. Instead he had to take his time so she could escape, then just happen to get pounced on by cats that somehow managed to delay him enough for her to escape again then even with a monster chasing her she was so exhausted from climbing that ladder she had to keel over a few feet from freedom....
What should "of" happened
Or "should've", which is where the "of" comes from.
shareNope. Still wrong. Try again.
shareLike Ron Weasley said: How thick can you get?!?!?
shouldha've
There's no "v" in "of". FFS!!
I don't love her.. She kicked me in the face!!
"Of" comes from the pronunciation. It is people who cannot spell, but who spells phonetically. Would've sounds like "would of", when it is pronounced.
