Obviously they would never get someone who looked perfectly like the president, and they were happy to get a known actor for the role. But the biggest thing they missed about his appearance that should have been the most obvious was the hair. His hair on the show was no where near as puffy as Clinton's in real life at that time. It really distracts from the rest of his appearance which is actually passable, and should have been the easiest part to do.

But I think he was the best actor and impersonator in the show.
Monica was way off, too ugly and fat. Linda even worse, she was grotesque.
Hillary was also off.
Bill was spot on.
