No cigar!
Or blue dress for that matter. Evidently the “Impeachment” entry in the series depicts a bowdlerized version of history.

shareshhhhhhhheeeet "censored word" that be the best part of the whole damn fiasco
shareI just started watching this..are you saying there is NO mention of the blue dress at all????????
shareThat’s what I’ e read. But I haven’t watched it myself. Let me know if you discover it otherwise.
shareMaybe you should watch something before talking shit about it.
Both things are mentioned. Heavily. How are they are going to omit the evidence that proves what ML said happened? Idiot.
A quick Google search shows that the writer of the show herself has addressed the deliberate omission of the infamous cigar incident and other salacious bits:
“Impeachment: American Crime Story” doesn’t depict this infamous cigar rendezvous, nor any other sex scenes. The show’s writer Sarah Burgess told The Wrap this was an easy decision for her. She felt that Americans already knew enough about the graphic sexual details of the case.”

Glad to hear the stained dress, however graphic, made the cut.
