no, it reminded me of a scene in one of the Friday The 13th movies. I think it was part 7? but might have been an earlier one.

The glowing eyes in the dark made me think a Critter was going to roll into frame from the shadows.

Have you seen You're Next? There is a scene that is very similar to that one. The girl jumps out the window, looks up, and the killer looks out the window down at her. Very similar

I don’t directly remember that from TCM, but that part did remind me of a dream/nightmare I’ve had a few times over the years.
