Fright Night tune?

Did anybody else feel that little tune playing here and there throughout the movie was very similar to the classic tune in Fright Night?

Sounds very similar but its not the same song

It reminded me of music from a previous horror movie and I was trying to remember which one.

But it certainly isn't something I remember from Fright Night.
