Did the Tony politician guy plan this to get rid of the people in the town?
What pill were they swallowing and how did it influence their decisions?
Why was Lunga living outside the town in hiding?

Tony the Politician definitely set this up, but from what he was saying about pissing people hire up off then it seems he also was just a puppet carrying out orders
Also the guy they locked in the cage's last words were 'this is just the begining' he also mutters something like 'ive killed so many more'
My guess is it's some form of government cleansing making way for some kind of urban regeneration
The pill was an halluciegenic they were making that little farm i think, (not 100 percent sure)
The Mayor was trying give them his drugs which they threw away so i could be some commentary on how In real llfe a lot of people are medicated like zombies and easy to control but these people remain impenetrable from tyranny because they have their own organic medication
Lunga was on the Radio at the beginning with a bounty on his head i can't remember what he did presumably shot a few people like Patosa
