Wow, I sorta remember that show, but didn't like it nearly as much. Then again, I was still fairly young, so I probably couldn't connect with it, as I can with Playing House today. However, these girls were around 10 years old when Kate and Allie was on TV, so I seriously doubt they had any intention of ripping it off, anymore then Kate and Allie were ripping off The Odd Couple.
