What's the name of the actor who plays the creepy bald dude with glasses who has Tom prisoner? He looks familiar. He sorta looks like the "Polish Accountant" with the Uzi from Twin Peaks The Return.

His name is Jonny Coyne and he was indeed the same actor who played the Polish accountant in "Twin Peaks: the Return."

You're welcome. He also had recurring roles in MOM and TURN: WASHINGTON'S SPIES. You can look his name up at IMDB to get a complete list of his credits.

I remember him being the warden on the short-lived show Alcatraz from a few years ago.
