They practically HANDED Isabella over to Red. Seriously Cooper knew Red would most likely try something but nope. No protection detail no spike proof tires NOTHING!!!! They may as well have let him ride in the back with her. I enjoy this show but man.

The FBI couldn't get anything out of Isabella Stone. So, perhaps they actually did want to hand her over to Reddington for extracting info. And they did, without making it totally obvious for anyone.

Red doesn't want any protection detail, but only from his people. He said so in the very first episode which was part of the deal in order to obtain the list.

I think the OP meant that Isabella wasn't given sufficient protection, making it easy for Red to capture her during transport.

Did Dembe or Baz or anyone on Red's team shoot any of the agents that were transporting her? I have to rewatch, but if they did... 😱
