He has a great issue for appeal. Juror brings in outside evidence and shows to another juror. She only kicks one off and leaves the other. They had 2 alternates available. Should have removed both.
shareNot sure how it would actually work, but I think the argument for not dismissing the juror (the main character) is that he hadn't done any of the outside investigating...
