Yet another tedious case of sabotaging the review ratings...

I am not going to comment on the series itself, but the VERY first thing I noticed when reading the User Reviews, was yet ANOTHER clear and obvious, not to mention TIRESOME case of the makers of the show coming here and giving EVERY negative review a bad vote of 'Not helpful'...

What...? Like NONE of us are going to notice that EVERY damn negative review is rated as 0/5, 0/6, etc., etc...?

Just stupid...

Seriously, think about it... How often do any of us REAL people here and REAL reviewers actually go to the trouble of marking reviews as 'Not helpful'...? I know I don't... As a matter of fact, out of principle, I NEVER do. I will ONLY mark a review as 'Helpful' if I like it. Otherwise I don't go out of my way to mark reviews as 'Not helpful'... And these little baby PHUK'n @ssholes come here and DELIBERATELY do it, NOT because EVERY negative review is indeed 'Not helpful', but simply because they disagree with it. You check your average reviews for films on this site. How many cases have you seen where EVERY damn negative review has been REPEATEDLY marked as 'Not helpful'...? Usually not often UNLESS ones systematically come here and do that, which is blindingly STUPID, to say the least, since it is BLATANTLY obvious that they are doin it. And YES, sadly this is becoming more and more of a practice now, which I personally feel is just about COMPLETELY ruining the site.

Because little Pu$$y film makers get their little-@ss feelings hurt because some people don't like their work, so they all come here in mass and systematically mark EVERY negative review with a -1, or 'Not helpful'

Stupid, petty, childish, and like I said... quite honestly starting to RUIN the effectiveness of this site.

I would say the reverse is true; Some people that have a personal grudge against the production come and post negative reviews that are meant to ruin the show's reputation... of course those types of reviews are not helpful. :P

It honestly is a shame that both types of people do this because I truly feel that it ruins and greatly skews the helpfulness of what IMDB is SUPPOSED to be...

It seems rather odd how VERY polarized the reviews of this show are here... I guess I will just HAVE to find some episodes and check them out  After all, I AM a huge STAR TREK: TOS fan (and the stuff afterward too...) so I am very curious. Also, I mean, it's not like these people are making a TON of money on this or anything. I would ASSUME that the people involved here have no other motive then simply being fans of the show and obviously having a love for it. Why the hell else would they go to all the trouble, time, and expense to do it...?
