When the cops arrived, they go pass the criminals to shoot them from the front. They could've shot them from the back in an ambush. Instead they got killed in their stupid maneuver. I guess the scene had to fit the storyline to give the hacker a chance of real escape. Bad movie but nothing else to watch on HBO.
