Music at the end of final episode, season 2

Does anyone know what the music was right at the end of the final episode? It sounded a bit Argentinian, although I'm probably completely wrong.

I couldn't spot anything in the credits.

(Note, I'm not talking about the theme tune - this was different).

Thanks to the end credits from the DVD it's "Gracias a la Vida" performed by Mercedes Sosa. According to wikipedia it's a Chilean song written by Violeta Parra.

It was broadcast first in France it's why I already have the DVD.

So I checked the end credits for the song and voilà ! 
