I'm definitely surprised by how many original characters have been lost or dropped along the way. I'm still curious what the real story was with Kenna's actress, because that was so abrupt and with such little fanfare as far as media coverage goes. I can't blame Bash's actor for wanting to chase a more prominent role, but now I'm doubly heartbroken since this latest episode set him up to go with Mary to Scotland - something that was totally possible since his character is purely fictional. Kenna and Bash were great together, but if I can't keep them as a couple, then I would gladly take any type of rekindling between him and Mary. It's sad that Kenna started off as my least favorite lady and then became my favorite over time... Just to be written off in the least satisfying way possible.
It makes me laugh that you put 'died' in quotes for Francis. That was the one character I ALWAYS expected to lose, so it didn't bother me when the obvious came to fruition.
Greer's story has become tiresome to me, so I won't miss her as much at this point. I am sad for Mary though. I hope this thing with Lola being held in England will resolve itself soon and that she can eventually join Mary in Scotland. It makes me sad that all of Mary's ladies have been scattered from her.
