Question for Reign fans

I am doing research on Petrus Gonsalvus and his wife Catherine, who were the original inspiration for the tale of Beauty and the Beast. I know that the historical Catherine de Medici aranged their marriage. My question is if the show Reign has ever featured Petrus Gonsalvus or a similar storyline in any of the episodes? If so, which one(s)? Thank you.

Nope and I don't think it'll happen on this show.

The show isnt really following much of Catherine de Medici's life, its mostly fictional storylines for her, so I doubt that we would see that storylinr. Also, the show narratively will have too much to cover in 3 countries to have side stories with new characters that dont directly connect to what happens with Mary in the future.
