What happened to Kenna?
Why did she leave the show? And how did they write out her character?

She was later revealed to be having Renaude's baby and ulitmately destroyed her relationship when Bash found out that she was pregnant after she seduced him, in order to make him believe that the baby was his instead of being honest with him. She then left court after finding a couple who would adopt her baby.

I was with you until then. I thought she was just going into hiding to avoid pregnancy scandal, but perhaps you are correct... it's been so long that I could easily be mistaken.
However, in her very last scene, it was assumed that she went off with some King who was super young (can't remember his country) who she met on her way out of town or something. They were chatting it up in a carriage, and it was implied that she was scheming to seduce him and then make him think the baby was his... basically the same idea she had with Bash, except this guy was practically a kid and he was way more gullible.
So everything came full circle with Kenna trying to get into a King's pants for her own self-serving reasons. Ugh.
I wanted so much more for her than this. Seems like the actress ran for the hills when she got the chance..? Never got any type of official statement regarding her departure, but there was speculation that she did not see eye-to-eye with the direction of the show. share
