Hidden gem

The weirdo cop neighbor and his dog were the best parts of the movie especially during the game scene.

Yes. Awesome film. Re-watched this a few more times since this was released in theatres a couple years ago. Really good.

It’s pretty damn great, went to see it in theaters myself and bought it when it was released on home video. And you know, while it probably doesn’t get talked about as much as it should, it certainly didn’t fly under the radar when it came out. It was actually a big success both critically & financially in its own right, especially for an R rated comedy. People liked it indeed.

And I say better than most old comedies. Oh yes, I did! ;) Not the kool, appropriate thing to say in these circles, I know. Hehe.

It really is a hidden gem, so much so I’d forgotten all about it even though I’d gone out of my way to see this at the cinema when it has been released.

I saw the last 20 mins on the t.v myself on Friday night and then quickly scrambled onto all my streaming services so I could do a full rewatch, because it’s just such a clever and fun movie.

Jesse Plemons & the little Scottie-dog…. totally steal the movie.

I only saw it once and honestly don't remember much about it, but I do remember feeling the same way. That it was very funny.
