How is Jason?
Had not read any accounts of this film until now. Is it a good Bateman vehicle like Extract or The Gift or Bad Words or is it a bad Bateman vehicle like Horrible Bosses (an undeseved hit) or Mr. Magorium's Wonder Emporium?
shareIt's one of his better roles. It's nothing new for him-- he plays the character her pretty much always plays, but it's never overdone. I'd say it's up there with Bad Words, which is one of my favorites of his.
shareThat movie was a pleasant surprise and I wish more people knew about it. I have a feeling it will be a bit like Extract or even Arrested Development and gain in stature over time. I tried to get through Ozark but found it tedious and dull and stopped watching before the end, though it gave Bateman the opportunity to direct again in some episodes.
