I watched the first two episodes.
I really liked the pilot, but found the second episode, well, boring.
Of course I'm going to continue because the directing, the soundtrack and the acting is wonderful and because I've read that S2 is terrific.
My question is: how is the first season?

shareThe third episode with Matt is one of my favorites. Like the other poster said, episodes tend to focus on different people so you may like some more than others. But it's a great show and I hope you continue watching.
shareSeason 1 is known for going back and forth in quality.
The better episodes in season 1 are episodes 1,3,6,9 and 10.
The weaker episodes in season 1 are episodes 2,4,5,7 and 8.
I still think the season as a whole is incredible though.

Wow, the last three episodes of S1 were very good.
2x01... what? New town, new characters, new... mystery?
I wanted to see what happened after the riot, going to continue tomorrow
And the move makes all the difference. I loved season 1 but in 2 you really get involved in their lives. I wish I was watching it for the first time now. Oh, wait for S02 E07... It is absolutely epic. It's mind blowing.

shareI really enjoyed the 1st season. It isn't as good as 2 but it's great! In Season 1 ur getting to know everyone and what makes them tick, but 2 the story goes in a totally different direction.
Just don't go into the shoe expecting to find out why the people departed or what happened to them. That isn't what the show is about and you won't get any answers - it's about the ppl who lived.
Keep watching! It's my 2nd favorite show behind the Americans.

I was going to say that I find S1E02 the weakest episode of the series so far.
The second season... every episode is a brilliant piece of TV.

I just finished S2.
I give 2x09 a 9/10. Megan was an anonymous character before this episode. I mean, she was there and had like one scene in S2 and I was curious to know about her past.
2x10... I still don't know if I liked it or not. I mean, the acting, directing, photography and music is always wonderful but I found a little absurd seeing Kevin walking with that shot and in 2x09 we see a GR writing that Meg would "change EVERYTHING" and I expected more, maybe because I was damn hyped.

The series is simply fantastic once the first two episodes are over. Acting, score, Direction and storylines just brilliant. What a wait for the third and unfortunately final series. The best TV series I have ever seen. Some of the episodes in Series 2 were as good in any film/tv I have ever seen. I pray a 4th series might be made. Walking Dead which is trashy goes on forever while this seems destined to be cutailed at three series.
