What a powerful, wonderfully acted episode. Eccleson completely tore my heart out in this episode and I apologitically will admit I cried throughout the episode and broke down by the end. Beautifully done!

In both episodes:
Matt desperately needs money asap.
Matt is able to obtain the money, but still fails to meet his goal.
Matt tries to help someone, only to get the crap beat out of him.
They're both great episodes too that had me on the edge of my seat. :-)
You're right very similar episodes. I didn't pick up on it until you mentioned it. Although similar I do feel there was something different about Matt, more growth from how he handled it the first time to this episode.
