Do Vik’s parents know about his baby?

The show is rather vague on this issue. Did I miss something?

I think they do. She was holding the baby at the funeral. Vik would have told them to bring some sort of comfort.

It was never specifically addressed though, was it?

Last season ended with Vik finding out he was going to be a Dad. So far this season, no scenes of his parents being told or of them acting like grandparents. Helen was holding the baby, not Priya. His parents are so conventional and the neighbor lady affair situation is so unconventional. Helen is stuck in the middle.

Yes, it wasn't noted anywhere. Perhaps it will in the future. Major props to Helen for dealing with the situation with such compassion and maturity. This is love.

BTW. I wish they had used a real baby in the scene with Vik. I get why they didn’t (the day lighting in the room probably didn’t allow for a lot of takes). But I think it would have been more effective with a real baby.

I’ve rewatched the episode so many times and I just find this end to Vik’s life to be so wrenching. And that song in the end is incredible.

Finally this got answered this week. I am surprised Priya is not all up in Sierra’s business on raising the heir to the throne. She is the perfect answer to the babysitter question.

Yes. Priya would be the ideal babysitter in this case.

well that finally happened. It was the most obvious solution to Sierra’s babysitting problems and Priya’s grief.
