In the Cole specific trailer that dropped today, I get the distinct impression that Cole is aware that Jonie is his child. This seemed like something that would be a huge reveal but the way Joshua Jackson says "Alison is the mother of Coles child" in the trailer makes me think that he finds out during the time jump.
I would have liked to have seen him find out.
I'm on s2 ep5 did they sleep together in the time that she took the train with Noah when Cole was standing there til the time they were in the cabin guest house? I cried when Cole went to see her and asked if she was ever coming home.

But there's plenty of opportunity for flashbacks. 3 years to be exact. That is this show's m.o. right? Jumping all over the place. We may get to see it, too soon to say.
