Noah's Parol officer was so ghetto and the acting was awful. Why did the director tell her to be so overly aggressive? If I was Noah, I would have asked her "is something wrong? are you ok?"
I think we can assume that woman hasn't had sex in years. She's got a lot of pent up anger.

Parole Officers have a rep for being tough and female POs are often portrayed as real hard asses in tv and movies. They're supposed to scare the parolees to keep them in line. I don't think her portrayal was in any way odd. She was doing what the writers and directors told her to do.

You're joking right? There was nothing ghetto about that lady. She did her job!! If anybody was awful, it's the guy playing Nina's hubby/bf. For him to go off on Noah was crazy!!! Noah had no idea the house was left to him and if he do, so what??! I can't stand folks like that, all pissed at the person who was willed something and not the source person!!
