Why did Noah let someone walk up to him and stab him without

even turning around? I mean he had been fearful and paranoid and heard noises and he can't even just turn around and look down the hallway when he sensed something?

Also what were the muscle relaxers doing for him? Those are so pointless they don't do anything much unless combined with opiates or other drugs, were they trying to imply and addiction or a back problem?

He was washing among the dishes a knife..... Short blade.

Yeah, he was washing a knife just before. It looks like he had some sort of PTSD moment and grabbed his neck while still holding the knife.

It's wasn't a knife, it was a piece of glass, you could see it. I think it was a portrait of what happened to him in prison and that he's still paranoid about it.
