She comes up from that basement after doing "all that" and goes straight to the kitchen and starts making sandwiches for her kids. Nice!

Plenty of the characters have cooked without us seeing them wash their hands. I could name several scenes. We'd probably all get hep c if we actually ate at the Lobster Roll. Maybe they need an infection control consultant.
