what tipped finn off?
When finn is painting the coil thing at the end, he notices something is up, he looks,at the "new" photo, sees something is up, the catches callie,at the window. But what tipped him off ths,first place?
shareCallie shows him the photo of the police-taped apartment, declaring "yay, we changed things!", but Finn looks at Mr. B's coil photo and realizes that it also should also have changed: where's the police tape? There's no scenario in Finn's mind where the police tape photo changes but Mr. B's doesn't. Either they both change or neither does. This is where Finn realizes that since the coil photo didn't change, nothing changed at all. So he has a look at what Callie is up to.
It's not the police tape that's the tip off, it's that the same exact painting appears in both photos when one is supposed to be the "changed" future and the other is the future he knows Callie hasn't seen bc she wasn't in the storage room when the doc showed the 2 guys the photo mailed to the doc...
