These three character just quietly disappeared first Cece in Season 1 then we haven't seen Wick since the last episode of season 2 and last time we've seen Nyko was in episode 2 & 3 of season 3 hopefully these characters will come back in season 4.

shareCece was in the pilot but after it got picked up by the CW I think they realized they didn't have the budget and just forgot about her. It was sort of weird because she was Kane's girlfriend and Abby's best friend...but honestly I didn't even notice she was missing til I saw her name listed in the credits on Netflix and had no idea who she was.
The actor who played Wick was fired because of racist tweets like the other comment said. He was good with Raven and I really liked him but I guess they had no choice. We need another comic relief character like him, I really miss that.
I think Nyko is still around? He's just not a big part of the season, possibly for budget reasons. I really like his character too so hopefully he'll be back to interact with Octavia and remember Lincoln.
